The Apostle Paul tells us that the Lord’s appearing will be “at the last trump,” and traditionally, the Feast of Trumpets is the feast that “no man knows the day or hour” because it is based on the sighting of the New Moon by two witnesses in Israel. If the sky is cloudy and the New Moon is not seen, the feast is not declared yet. If God delays the New Moon, or somehow does not allow the witnesses to see it, the feast is not declared.

Traditionally is right. It's not a biblical timeframe and thus not a Godly time frame. This is what the bible says:

Lev 23:23  Then the LORD spoke to Moses, saying,  Leviticus 23:24  "Speak to the children of Israel, saying: 'In the seventh month, on the first day of the month, you shall have a sabbath-rest, a memorial of blowing of trumpets, a holy convocation.
Leviticus 23:25  You shall do no customary work on it; and you shall offer an offering made by fire to the LORD.'

IF one were to go by tradition then NOBODY ever knew when the feast of trumpets was around the world until modern times and instant communication. Get more than a 100 miles from Israel without modern communication and nobody would ever know when the feast of trumpets was.

Not exactly true.

They built signal fires in preparation, and lit them when they saw the nearest fire in the distance, and this was done for hundreds of miles after the Maccabee revolt ran the Helenists back to Turkey.
