I have never heard that question asked before just now.
It shows you how upset many are about The Pontiff’s “No Comment” status on the aiding and abetting of child abuse charges. Usually, Pope Francis cannot keep quiet, and inserts himself in all manner of pedestrian and sundry issues.

For the record...I am not a Roman Catholic.

You say you've never heard the question asked before if a pope can be removed......I suggest you spend some time perusing the religion threads posted by Roman Catholics....they're ready to lynch the guy.

I was merely curious if a pope could "legally" be removed in Roman Catholicism.
