Credibly accused? Or simply accused?
Scanning the report (which is available online) it appears to be a mixture of both. Some is well-documented with police reports and subpoenaed files. Others involve accusations that were made in emails or anonymous letters decades later. Many of the priests have died.
For the well-documented cases the details are truly stomach-turning.
