Pray For the Peace of Jerusalem

Dear Heavenly Father,
How Precious,
How Wonderful,
How Lovely To Be in Your Presence!
Your Name is So Hallowed, So Holy and Pure,
And Your Lovingkindness is From Everlasting to Everlasting!
Why Do You Love Us So,
When We Persist in Turning Away From You?
Your Love is Unsearchable,
Your Mercy Unexplainable,
Your Peace Passes Understanding!

We Pray For The Peace of Jerusalem,
According to Your Will and Promise.
We Pray For the People and Leaders of Israel,
that They Will Look to You for the Protection
and Prosperity of their Nation.
We Also Pray For Revival in our own Beloved USA.

We Pray For The Leaders of Our Nation,
May They Be Inspired and Led By You,
And Please Guide Them in All Things.

Blessings To All Who Visit This Garden of Prayer.

Hallelujah and Amen

Pray For the Peace of Jerusalem

I own my little house (which was once a "mobile home", but because of all the stuff built onto it, is "mobile" no more LOL), but I pay a monthly rent for the land on which it sits. This covers taxes, water, snow-plowing, and trash removal. It's very economical and works for me. The rent, however, does not cover recycling. People are expected to just mix all their trash together and one contractor picks it up once a week. OK. Not a big deal, as it is a very small community and doesn't make a big effect on the landfill.

I, however, like to recycle (it's my choice) so I keep a separate barrel for recyclables and deliver it once a week to the transfer station in my town. I had to get a permit to do this, but it didn't cost me anything, and it's a good excuse to take the dog out for a ride.

There are some, however, that make a big deal out of the fact that the Trailer Park doesn't recycle in a separate pick-up. Never mind that most of the folks in the park would continue to merge all their trash into one pick-up (recycling requires a wee bit of effort), or that the separate pick-up would raise our rent considerably. The new word in our vocabulary for Busy-Bodies trying to get others to comply with their concepts of righteousness is Virtue Signaling. This is usually a left-wing activity, because if a conservative person tries to show off their conservatism in a public place, they may be risking insult or violence from an unhinged, self-righteous, enemy of liberty.

There is a woman who frequents our musical events who always gets a "Virtue-Signaling" dig in, no matter what the subject matter is at the time. Here would be a sample of the conversation:

Normal Person: "Hey, did you go to the music festival last Saturday?"

Virtue Signaler: No, I was too busy attending the Demonstration-Against-The-Unsustainable-Fossil-Fuel-Pipeline-in-the-Sensitive-Wetland-Ecosystem-that-is-going-to-destroy-all-the-Endangered-Species-that-Trump-skins-and-eats-raw-because-he-wants-to-kill-us-all!"

And, by the way, the money you spent on those music tickets could have fed "the POOR" for a whole year!!!!!!!!

Come and Pray For the Peace of Jerusalem, For Our FRiends in Need, For Persecuted Believers, and For Our Beloved Nation.

"The counsel of the LORD stands forever, The plans of His heart from generation to generation. Blessed is the nation whose God is the LORD, The people whom He has chosen for His own inheritance..” Psalm 33 NASB

God Bless America!

Blessings To All Who Visit This Garden of Prayer.

In case you miss Greenfield today, check out his piece on recycling.

I’m going out now to pick-up our 2 out of 3 bins as the trucks have just come by, but not before scavengers took the glass and aluminum cans. The rest of it, I’d reckon, goes into the landfill.

I have relatives in the urban South who still have to truck their own trash in. They don’t seem to mind it though.

Have a great day.

God Bless You and Yours.
