It is truly disgraceful. The USCCB and their affiliated Catholic agencies are the big guys on the refugee gravy train, but the USCCB is only one of nine agencies that receive hundreds of millions in tax dollars to resettle refugees and asylum seekers in the U.S. under contract with the federal government.

Six of the nine contractors are religious groups --- WND reported --- namely

Yes I didn’t mean to sound like I was singling out the Catholics, I usually point out that most of the major religions are involved- for that I apologize. I am really tired this evening, so was posting poorly.

This started with President Bush (Jr) wanting to replace some of the government spending with faith based charities. I don’t know if it evolved into paying for the charity work under him or later. It gives the government cover though- if they are asked who is taking care of XYZ the response is faith based charities- or they name the charity involved. They do not say it is a contract and they are paid...leading we the people to believe services are not paid for by we the people- when we are paying.
