I’ve often noted that the most sincere congregations of Christendom were the ones of modest means. The love of riches brings temptation and a trap.
What would a second reformer want to do with the resources? Christian artwork should stay under Christian keeping if possible, and that’s most of the physical church wealth. But maybe it could be exhibited in museums which would collect funds for alms.
