So this is a greater sin than adultery?

Yes, the Catholic church has sinners as members and priests, and the mission of the Church is to lead them to Heaven with Jesus.

Is it always successful? Probably not. I believe that the Catholic church is successful in leading many to eternal life with Jesus by providing the Truth to the faithful. One man or one priest’s sins do not change the teaching of Jesus or His Church.

Yet your church teaches one cannot know they have eternal life in contrast to what is revealed in Scripture.

Let’s condemn all sins and help all by teaching the Truth.

Welcome to the New Testament belief that ALL sin is to be condemned.

That’s why I left the Catholic Church. I was sick to death, of not having a clue, whether I was going to Heaven or Hell. Now, I have assurance of salvation, something that I NEVER had as a Catholic. It’s a beautiful thing. Everyone should try it. 😁🙃🤣 If people have no assurance, that’s on them, for they surely can.
