I know reverence for the Sacred Species. I pray that one day you may also know it.

I am not a priest, nor a "pretend" priest.

Jesus also told us to become as little children. Little children do, indeed, have food put into their mouths by their father. And since priests are our spiritual fathers, and the Eucharist is spiritual food, and we are supposed to be spiritually as children, one could just as easily accuse you of refusing to follow Christs command, and thinking he knows better than scripture, perhaps even moreso.

So who are you to say that my interpretation of scripture is inferior to yours? That’s why we Catholics follow the magisterium and Tradition for the authentic interpretation, and not our own.

As for me, once I realized where so many of the practices of the last 50 years has brought us, I chose to return to the wisdom and practice of the preceding 20 centuries.
