raiderboy is telling the truth, it used to be labeled a mental illness and treated as such. Then homos got into the mental health system and changed the codes so that it was no longer viewed as a mental illness. Just like pedos are now trying to do.

I do believe that homosexual inclination is a form of mental/emotional disorder. What I am not convinced of, specifically, is that ECT can cure it. That is, without unacceptable side-effects, like loss of affect or of mental capability.

With the possible exception of saving the life of a person bent on self-harm/suicide, ECT should not be imposed on a non-consenting rational subject. That would be gravely unethical, a form of medical assault.
