The term “Christian” is overly broad, and thus in this sense meaningless in this regard.

There are literally millions who would identify as “Christian” who haven’t the slightest idea who our savior really was or what he did when he walked the Earth.

Not at all, from an etymological sense. The ONLY meaning is Christ-Like.

Now if you are talking about how people misuse the phrase, then you are correct.
