I don’t know all the individual flavors of Presbyterianism, but I am in Western PA and four Presby churches around here have recently closed/been sold.
Thankfully none yet has become a mosque.
If the church is an older building, it is probably PCUSA. They have been declining for years in Western PA (I used to live there until 2012, and saw the trend).
