Bishop Paprocki has expelled Durbin from Communion. That's a radical step. He does not expel him from hearing the Gospel preached: that would be an impediment to repentance.
If you think St. Paul's intention is that he be cut off from hearing the Gospel and the call to repentance, we'll just have to disagree.
