Correctly, in the same way I just described.
For him, the Bible is only a tool to support the agenda. I doubt Martin (and at least 50% of jesuits) believes in God... Maybe in some abstract psuedo-oriental big love god, but not the Faith of our Fathers.

No. I know nothing about him. I only stated a fact. He used "usury" in the correct biblical sense.

You are probably right.... JESUS wouldn’t have tolerated it....but my point was, YOU’RE NOT JESUS.
I appreciate your point of view. My point was and as this thread illustrates, it often leads to gay-bashing ... someone used the term “fag jesuit”.... and other posts... all draped in the “ Word of God”, etc. Its ok to disagree with priest... I disagree with him too... but attack the issue, not the people.
