Saul Alinsky worked closely with the Catholic church in Chicago. Early on, he had to publish another edition of his book because the dedication to Lucifer was thought to potentially cause a rift with the church (one of his major tools) so the next edition had that dedication to Lucifer removed. I have often wondered if they thought it would be a problem with the clergy or the parishioners. (Wondered if the clergy asked them to remove it so as not to antagonize their church folk, but..they didn't have a problem with it.)
