Jesus reveals the Truth that you must be born again in this life, born by the power of the Holy Spirit, in this life, and you skip over that with glib Roodian misdirection. you must be born again, in this life, else ... Well, even you can understand what awaits you if you are not.

You cannot be “born again in this life!”
Being “born Again” means being changed from a biologically created being to a specially created “Son of Yehova.”
The view you present is what Jeremiah calls an “inherited lie wherein there is no profit.”
John 3 is all about explaining this to an educated servent of the most high, Nicodemus.
