This is why Burma is incurring the wrath of the rest of the World by expelling the Rohingya Muslims. Most of them are not violent but, like other Muslim groups worldwide, you never really know. What you do know is that Muslims demand societal control wherever they are.
My Cambodian employee tells me the same thing. He says that Islam is what happens when an evil person starts a religion.

Christians in Nepal, Laos, and “Myanmar” might disagree. I suppose a way could be found to make Moslems (or British colonialism or American women) responsible for Buddhist persecution of Christians. However, I think it makes more sense to recognize that any collection of humans has the potential to be a problem for others.
And yet the news media falls all over itself portraying the moslems as the “oppressed” fleeing to Bangladesh.

Islam will never allow a single drop of sanity invade its overfull agenda. They will never have a “reformation”, never have a “renewal”, and never have “woman’s rights movement” within it.
The Buddhist Monk is correct. Although we are all sinners in need of redemption on a spiritual level, on the PRACTICAL level, a large percentage of the world’s issues could be alleviated with the eradication of islam. Of Course, the enemy of our souls would cook up something else to take its place!
