No, it does not.

Matt. 25:13 -- Therefore keep watch, because you do not know the day or the hour.

First of all, I was responding to Biggirl's assertion that we are not to guess. There is no prohibition against guessing when He will return, and you seem to agree with me.

Second, it says that we don't know. Present tense in the time it was written. It never says that we cannot or will not know.
