You must be grossly misreading those verses.
There is zero in the scriptures that say anything special happens at the middle of the 42 months of Satan’s tribulation of the saints.
The Man of sin stands on the ark at the beginning, not the middle.
“The midst of the week” is simply halfway through the 70th Sabbath.
The 70th Sabbath is upon us now, beginning on Tishri 1, which will in all likelihood be sundown, September 22.
That is the time when Satan is removed from the throne room of Yehova, and cast down to Earth. It would be reasonable to expect acts of war to commence at that time.
