When the LGBT stuff was a cloud no bigger than a man’s hand, an Episcopal sister (All Saints Sisters of the Poor) told me that she felt more in common with some Baptists than with most Episcopalians.

They love Jesus. They believe in personal holiness of life. But — this was back in the mid 70s — Episcopalians seemed to have given all that up for liberal theories of social justice.

I was a newly minted Episcopal priest. She and I both are now in communion with the Holy See.

Speaking as a member of a Reformed congregation, let me respectfully ask if you are disturbed or concerned by what appears to be deviations regarding piety by Francis?
