He’s either taken Professor Irwin Corey or Norm Crosby as his philosophical inspiration.

It’s probably something from one of those drug-fueled gay orgies they’ve been raiding at the Vatican.

Where does Francis come up with this jibberish?

This pope typically forgets to mention Jesus. Pope needs to read John 15:1-8.

It’s like modern “art.” Meaningless random marks on a canvas, but celebrated by insane people as wonderful art. It can be interpreted any way you like, can mean anything you want, and therefore has no meaning.
The pope is speaking to nihilists, about nothing, because he is about nothing.

Today’s General Audience must have been aghast to hear such a ghastly remark!
Couldn’t help but notice how much Bergoglio has gained weight, since his “election” period in this photograph.

I’ve been thinking again. I’ve been thinking that the Right reacts to Bergoglio (spiritually) as the Left to Trump (politically). Except we know the spiritual, or lack of, is affecting politics, to a crescendo in America.
I reason also that Trump is despised for trying to restore tradition and common sense, while Bergoglio is trying to destroy Tradition and foreign thinking.
Nevertheless, the revulsion meter is running hot for this US Catholic.

And this is why I've never gotten the appeal of Catholicism. The head guy (Pope) is elected by other men of his equal to be the next contact with God and set theological, ideological, economic Vatican policies. I'm not berating Catholics, I have a problem with Vatican politics and leadership, and their situational morality.
Disclaimer: I'm agnostic or a deist on a good day. However, since I grew up, I've always tried to live my life based on Judeo/Christian values and ethics.

buried away in this one GE (Gibberish Epistle) I think I sensed maybe a glimmer or glimpse, or penumbra of a grain of truth, a tiny speck floating in Francis’ usual Sea of Deliberate Obfuscation and Confusion.....and albeit it was still a riddle wrapped in an enigma and buried under a big heap of guacamole sauce
I must have been hallucinating, tho, since this is a Francis quote.

"Our God is the God that creates novelties, because He is the God of surprises" ... but liturgical "reform" is "irreversible".
I guess God is the God of surprises, but not the God of liturgical reform surprises, because we have Francis' assurance that there aren't going to be any of those.
