Why I am a Christian (testimony of David Wood)
Acts 17 Apologetics ^ | 12/5/14 | David Wood

Posted on 08/02/2017 11:39:40 AM PDT by Faith Presses On

This is a very powerful testimony of a man who's not only a former atheist, but was violently and criminally disturbed. He attempted to kill his father, and only by the grace of God did his father survive. He was diagnosed as antisocial (sociopathic) while in prison. It was a Christian cellmate who over time, by his example, led him to question his atheistic beliefs and think about turning to Jesus.

More on his life, which the testimony doesn’t really get into beyond him getting saved.

As it was written, “For I was hungry and you gave Me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave Me something to drink, I was a stranger and you took Me in, 36I was naked and you clothed Me, I was sick and you looked after Me, I was in prison and you visited Me.”
