There is no acceptance at all of dissent within the Church. The pope is the supreme, and only authority.
Note that this priest was kicked out for saying: “the present pontiffs election was the work of a political and corrupt mafia of cardinals”.
Note that the current pope has not yet condemned those who took part in the gay orgy at the Vatican, and he promoted the nuclear ‘deal’ with Iran.

Bergoglio again disgraces himself and the Papacy, while shaming over a billion of the laity... How long must this continue? Why have the faithful clergy chosen to not yet unify to defend the Church? We know nothing shall prevail against the Apostolic Church, but it still sickens me to witness such heresies!

According to Wikipedia, there are 52 dioceses and 13 archdioceses in Colombia. So, this was signed by only 3 (4.6%) of the bishops.
