Despite our faith, immorality can loose us our salvation
Not once. Not ever. Why is it some people cannot understand that saying "immorality" can lose us our salvation is no different than saying "morality" gains us salvation???
Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to his mercy he saved us, by the washing of regeneration, and renewing of the Holy Ghost (Titus 3:5)
Who hath saved us, and called us with an holy calling, not according to our works, but according to his own purpose and grace, which was given us in Christ Jesus before the world began (II Timothy 1:9)

(The Law is a storm which wrecks your hopes of self-salvation, but washes you upon the Rock of Ages.)

Immorality can only lose salvation if you lose faith because of it.
But as per usual, it is faith in Christ, or lack thereof, not works that do it.
