The following 18 questions have been blessed to helping folks come to a decision for Christ - or to give them assurance of their salvation. I have had them written in the flyleaf of my New Testament for many years - and they have born much fruit.
My prayer is that you will think on these questions until God through Jesus Christ our Lord, which is our hope, will grant you comfort through faith.
I post this not as fodder for argument, but for some material for quiet time meditation with God.
2. Did the Saviour fail in His effort to save me?
3. Did the Saviour blot out my sins,or did He not?
4. Are my sins gone or do I still have them?
5. Do I believe God or doubt Him?
6. Is it possible that the blood of Christ is not sufficient to save me?
7. Did I trust Christ and yet God did not give me eternal life?
8. Do I believe the first half of John 3:16, but not the second half?
9. Is the Bible true about everyone else except me?
10. Did the Saviour leave me out of His plan of salvation?
11. Did the Saviour put away the sins of others and neglect to make provision for me?
12. Do I want some other Saviour beside Jesus (such as myself)?
13. Do I want Jesus to do something more to save me?
14. What did Christ fail to do at Calvary to save me?
15. Can I believe what the Bible says without any other evidences?
16. Will I believe the Lord Jesus without any feelings?
17. Do I want to be saved some other way then by the blood?
18. Did these questions help you to come to a decision for Christ?
Deuteronomy 4:19 and Malachi 1:11
“And lest thou lift up thine eyes unto heaven, and when thou seest the sun, and the moon, and the stars, even all the host of heaven, shouldest be driven to worship them, and serve them, which the LORD thy God hath divided unto all nations under the whole heaven” (Deuteronomy 4:19).
You realize that that is a warning against worshiping false gods, such as the sun? We worship the Son.
“For, behold, the day cometh, that shall burn as an oven; and all the proud, yea, and all that do wickedly, shall be stubble: and the day that cometh shall burn them up, saith the LORD of hosts, that it shall leave them neither root nor branch. But unto you that fear my name shall the Sun of righteousness arise with healing in his wings; and ye shall go forth, and grow up as calves of the stall” (Malachi 4:1-2).
Sun here is synonymous with Son in the NT.
Now I am puzzled as to the message you are cryptically sending . . . but God bless you for your post.
Speaking of the Son who made the sun...
“The LORD says to my Lord: Sit at my right hand, until I make your enemies your footstool.—Psalm 110:1
“Jesus said to them, How then does David in the Spirit call Him Lord? For he says: The Lord said to my Lord, Sit at My right hand, until I put Your enemies under Your feet. So if David calls Him Lord, how can He be Davids son? —Matthew 22:44
“And to which of the angels has he ever said,
Sit at my right hand
until I make your enemies a footstool for your feet?—Hebrews 1

I’m an Old Testament believer just stirring the pot.
However, I also believe that the United States could never have been founded without Christian witness.
God Bless You and Yours.
And praise God we are sitting right next to Him in heavenly places . . . ALREADY!
“But God, who is rich in mercy, for his great love wherewith he loved us, Even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened us together with Christ, (by grace ye are saved;) And hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus: That in the ages to come he might shew the exceeding riches of his grace in his kindness toward us through Christ Jesus” (Ephesians 2:4-7).
Though I suppose there are actually some that would accuse us of misinterpreting the simple English promise of these verses.
And, of course, immediately following this great promise is one of the most precious verses of Scripture:
“For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast” (Ephesians 2:8-9).
Ephesians is incontrovertible proof of the “abbondanza”—the Italian idea of blessing, of “too muchness”—of God!
Italians definitely have it right on that score!
