Scripture disproved your assertion that no Roman witnessed any of His miracles. Jesus said he was "sent only to the lost sheep of the house of Israel. (Matt. 15:24). There were many Gentiles (Romans included) who followed Jesus, heard Him preach and believed in Him. It's not that they were "excluded" so much as they weren't specifically chosen to hear His message as a select group until He was rejected "nationally" by the Jewish people - though ALL the first Christians were Jewish.
