In old Biblical rules they had polygamy. Hunter Biden is not taking in a 2nd wife but is discarding the first one. Oh well choices, choices.

Under the old Biblical rules you took in your dead brother’s wife and gave her children. Maybe that’s his excuse!You are correct. The author is wrong. It was unlawful for a divorced wife to marry her ex's brother. But the widow would marry the brother.
