My son’s name is Joshua and you know what his namesake did many thousands of years ago.

All my Joshua did was to help liberate Iraq in 2003. Just keeping an old Jewish tradition going. I even wrote an article about this entitled “Back to Babylon” in 2003. A Jewish son returning to liberate his biblical homeland. We live in strange times.

Thanks for the post.

I had read about this and had conversation with a friend in Syria about it. Some Christians still survive in Syria in spite of ISIS.

My Syrian friend knew about the site and a number of other remnants of Christian history there.

ISIS is soon to be destroyed in Syria. Not soon enough.

That's beautiful!

quote-My son’s name is Joshua and you know what his namesake did many thousands of years ago.

Joshua the Son of Nun.. a prophetic name..

Many in the world are awaiting the return of Joshua the Son of Life today.
And awaiting to be led into the Promised Land by that Joshua..

Most don’t call Him Joshua, though. They use the Greek/Latin/English name of Jesus..

prophetic times for sure!

What does, in the Hebrew language, the name ‘Joshua’ mean? I too have a child named Joshua .... I think Joshua was from the ‘tribe’ of Ephraim? right... His name has a play on ‘savior’... right?

I am grateful to you that you brought up such a son and to your son for his service.
