I have no clue how far he gets with this. But on the subject of, "They also say Christ will only return when the Jewish people summon Him back.", Christ Himself made that declaration:

Matt. 23:39 For I tell you, you will not see me again until you say, ‘Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord.'

Knowing the current feelings in the nation of Israel today, regarding Christianity, I've always assumed it would take something horrendous, like a nuclear attack with 2/3rds of the population wiped out, before Matt. 23:39 would be fulfilled, but perhaps not.

Indeed. Part of my caution was from misreading a sentence, thinking they called Jesus a teacher. I actually checked on the Scholar now and he believes that Jesus is thee Messiah of Israel. Obviously if Cohen says that Israel needs to welcome Him back, Cohen must be familiar with the New Testament and through his actions he shows He may very well believe it. Time will tell, I guess.
