Pray For the Peace of Jerusalem

Our Father in Heaven
Hallowed be Your Most Holy Name!
How We Long For Your Kingdom,
How We Wait For Your Will to be Done,
Here on earth, as it already is, in Heaven!
You Are Our Peace,
Our Wholeness,
Our Shalom,
Our Security,
Our Prosperity,
and Our Future.
We are nothing without You.

We Pray For The Peace of Jerusalem,
According to Your Will and Promise.
We Pray For the People and Leaders of Israel,
that They Will Look to You for the Protection
and Prosperity of their Nation.
We Also Pray For Revival in our own Beloved USA.

We Pray For The Swift and Sure Coming of Messiah,
Blessed Be He,
To Establish His Kingdom,
and Make All Things Right.

Blessings To All Who Visit This Garden of Prayer.

Hallelujah and Amen

Pray For the Peace of Jerusalem

J.R.R. Tolkien was not just a wonderful storyteller, he was also a brilliant scholar of ancient literature. The subtitle of his delightful tale The Hobbit is "There and Back Again. This is a pivate joke that many would not get at first, but what Tolkien did was describe the Literary Structure of many ancient works such as the Odyssey and many of the Psalms. This is called "Chiastic Structure", based upon the Greek letter Chi, which looks like a Big "X". (Chi is the first letter in the word for "Christ", which is why some people use it for "XMAS".

We have already seen how Acrostics don't translate from the Hebrew very well, but the "Chiastic Structure" is quite evident in any translation. The structure is a variation of A, B, C, B, A, or "There and Back Again" and is thematic. I will furnish a couple of links in my next post so you can enjoy looking into this if you would like.

Now, with regards to Psalm 83, we may be seeing a fulfillment of this in our own time. The disgraceful behavior on Sunday of 70 nations parallels this Psalm. The cast of characters parallels Ezekiel 38 (a reversal of the chapter numbers...what a coincidence!) and their attitudes closely resembled that of the "kings of the gentiles" in Psalm 2. It would seem like we have reached "THERE" and it's time to go "Back Again". Keep our Nation in your prayers as we look forward to Friday.

Come and Pray For the Peace of Jerusalem, For Our FRiends in Need, For Persecuted Believers, and For Our Beloved Nation.

God Bless America!

Blessings To All Who Visit This Garden of Prayer.

This Symbol Represents Christians in The Middle East, who desperately need our Prayers.

Hallelujah and Amen
