It was never individuals and their sins that God judged nations,
It was for institutionalized depravities and lawlessness,
That is, once these same sins became the accepted cultural norm and legally ratified laws of the land, as what the people wanted and desired and then those serving God and refusing to acknowledge the same were now on the outside and they then became the lawbreakers,
