Obedience is not “works.”

The Law of Works is the commandments of men that Yeshua chastised the Pharisees for.

If you have removed 1John from your bible, you are without hope. If you have removed Romans ch 2, again you are without hope. If you have expunged James very wise epistle, again you are without hope.

You are seeking an intellectual path to salvation, but the narrow path of Yeshua is paved in obedience.

You ignore every scripture I have posted above, have not addressed a single one, but make allegations that I have ripped chapters out of the Bible. Now that is ripe!

Here is another for you to ignore:

Acts 16:30 And brought them out, and said, Sirs, what must I do to be saved?
31 And they said, Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved, and thy house.

Please quote 3 scriptures that show salvation is by any other means than belief on Jesus, and let's reason this through together. If you can only post your opinion sans scripture, it is just that, your isogetical opinion.

Just to re-quote John 1 from my post #89 above:

1 John 2:22 Who is the liar? It is whoever denies that Jesus is the Christ. Such a person is the antichrist—denying the Father and the Son.
23 No one who denies the Son has the Father; whoever acknowledges the Son has the Father also.

And from James, another proof salvation is solely from God:

James 1:8 He chose to give us birth through the word of truth, that we might be a kind of firstfruits of all he created.
