.
We are not in a position to define, nor identify who is chosen, and that will never be an appropriate belief to lean upon for personal justification.

Matthew 7:21-23 is for those that think they are chosen.

We have but one course to justification: Live as he lived.

QUOTE: "We have but one course to justification: Live as he lived."

The very definition of a works salvation!

Matthew 7:21 “Not everyone who says to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only the one who does the will of my Father who is in heaven.

And, what if the will of the Father?

John 6:40 And this is the will of him that sent me, that every one which seeth the Son, and believeth on him, may have everlasting life: and I will raise him up at the last day.

Learn from Jesus:

John 6:28 Then they asked him, “What must we do to do the works God requires?”
29 Jesus answered, “The work of God is this: to believe in the one he has sent.”

Do not twist the scripture to meet you doctrine, pull you doctrine from scripture!
