Saying they are possessed by demons is saying they are not at fault.
I don’t think so myself.
They are the ones who chose to let them in and they are the ones who take action on what they are prompted to do.
I’m sure somewhere, sometime, they have heard of Jesus Christ. You cannot live in this country and not encounter Christmas once a year.
They ARE responsible even if they are possessed.
