What was God's plan when he allowed Obama to win.....twice? God plays a very active role, so yes. Nations have been punished by getting the king that they wanted, according to the Bible.

Also, it allows the natural consequences of their decisions to play out before everyone. People can then experience for themselves why God’s Word in the Bible says what it does. When people rebel....there’s hell to pay. Thinking people turn/return to God.
