Enlightenment was actually an European phenomenon with London, Florence, and Paris all playing their part with various writers and philosophers.
The only Italian Enlightenment philosopher I can think of is Beccaria, who had a significant impact on the U.S. Constitution and the rights of criminal defendants.
According to Wiki, Beccaria lived in Milan.
Galileo lived in Florence, and he obviously had a huge impact on science and the Scientific Method.
However, Galileo died at least 50 years before the Enlightenment got started.
