This guy replaces God’s Word with the traditions of man, not unlike the Pharisees of old.

"Of sin, because they believe not on me": the only sin the Holy Spirit convicts the world of is not believing in Christ.
"Of righteousness, because I go to my Father, and you see me no more": the Holy Spirit convicts us being the righteousness of God in Christ (2 Cor. 5:21).
"Of judgment, because the prince of this world is judged": Satan is the only one judged and condemned by the Holy Spirit.
“You can judge the act, but never the person.”
Yes, that’s it in a nutshell. We may judge what we see or hear, but not the motivation.

Either way - proof is in the pudding that he can’t even produce ONE scripture showing he’s correct. Like the Apostle Paul said about the Bereans in Acts 17:11, we did just that.

You seem to believe that SIN causes people to go to hell.
Christ said over & over again (I gave you the verses) that unbelief in Him will cause people to go to hell. John 8:24 is another.
I’ve given you more than enough scripture to back our argument up.
You fail to even give one except John 3:16-18, which again backs our argument up.

1 John 1:9 is about sins and sinning. In fact, So is verse 1:10 and verse 2:1 after that.
Examples of the consequences of sinning without repentance prior to death of one's body is recounted in Luke 12:1-10 and 16:20-31.
