The abuse needs nipped in the bud... in the case of cakes there’ve already been attacks, and “price discrimination” would doubtlessly be attacked. There is no price discrimination in a bid. It's based on many factors and not on a straight price list (or you can eliminate the price list), so there is no comparison.
