Machpelah = 175 (years of Abraham's life)
root kaphal = "double" = 130 (same as ayin - well, eye; age of Jacob when he went down to Egypt with 70 souls)
Machpelah = 40 + [130] + 5

Ever notice the parts breakdown of the numeral 40? The typeface is not how it is usually written; most people write the angled line straight up and down. But no matter. Same parts.
First we write the "L" portion that is on the left, then lift the pen and write the vertical line. Then we write the 0.
Instead, write the L first, but then write the vertical line next to it: L I O to approximate the shapes. Rotate the L 180 deg:
