May God send us a young, healthy, vigorous, thoroughly orthodox firebrand of God as a new pope ASAP to cleanse the Catholic stable of the detritus of such disgraces as these, to purge the ranks, to engage in mass excommunications, the restoration of the Holy Office, the suppression of orders of nuns and priests who, whatever their histories, have become enemies of the Faith. Let the Church be governed by those whose guideline is what would Pope St. Pius X do? (I am not an SSPX schismatic). Let his encyclical Pascendi Domenici Gregis and his Syllabus of Errors Lamentabile Sane be the absolutely applied and never questioned standards for the restoration of the Church.

So a Catholic pope who returns the Church to the pre-Vatican II Catholic Faith rather than the new Vatican II Modernist religion.

A truly Catholic pope who adheres to the teachings of those two documents, one who is committed to rooting out, suppressing and destroying the Modernist heresy as outlined in those documents. The idea that the Vatican II brought us institutionalized Modernism, I leave to your proof. I personally believe that, as regrettable as that council was, its problems lie in purposeful ambiguities planted by Modernist heretics at the council to be exploited later as "teachings" of the council.

John XXIII, Paul VI, Archbishop Jadot, numerous other figures of that time, their gross negligence, and the vaunted "Spirit of Vatican II" (i.e.. the purposeful distortion of ambiguous documents) nearly drove me to the Russian Orthodox Church in America (an anticommunist Church with no connection to the Metropolitan of Moscow) but the failure of the Orthodox to accept that the pope has the keys given to Peter by Christ was the barrier that stopped me until John Paul I was elected. If you believe he was a Modernist, you don't know his history. Likewise, I do not accept the notion that Pope Saint John Paul II or Benedict XVI are or were Modernist heretics.

I believe that the teaching Magisterium of the Roman Catholic Church has not changed. The Truth is, was, and always will be the same. At various times in history, we have had truly rotten popes. Long before Vatican II, we had Alexander VI. We have had popes who murdered their predecessors. We have had popes who have bought the office. In this post-Vatican II moment, we are again burdened with an airhead pope who refuses to recognize his obligation to judge. In this, he rejects a direct teaching of Jesus Christ.

The pope I am hoping to see elected by the next conclave will be one who crushes the errors of Spineless Frankie.
