Have you heard the Gospel of GOD's Grace in Christ Jesus yet? ...

John 3:14 And as Moses lifted up the serpent in the desert, so must the Son of man be lifted up: 15 That whosoever believeth in him, may not perish; but may have life everlasting.

17 For God sent not his Son into the world, to judge the world, but that the world may be saved by him. 18 He that believeth in him is not judged. But he that doth not believe, is already judged: because he believeth not in the name of the only begotten Son of God.

In that entire exchange between Jesus and Nicodemus in the third chapter of John's Gospel, do you see any reference to following rituals or sacraments, other than Jesus citing the analogous scene of the brass snake lifted up to be the focus of faith in order for GOD to heal?

Have you heard the Gospel of God's Grace in Christ Jesus for you yet?

One caution to you regarding the DR Bible, the catholic bible adds 'again' in a crucial sentence when it is not there in the Greek. Jesus told Nicodemus that unless one is born of water AND the spirit ... and that was in direct response to Nicodemus trying to confuse the issues by citing someone entering again into his mother's womb and being 'born again'. Jesus took Nic's mistaken approach and went beyond the diversion, telling him that unless ONE is born of water and of the Spirit he cannot see the kingdom of Heaven.
