Or it could be just because he disrespected the entire country, his team, his fans, and frankly, his unworthy self.

Disrespect breeds anger.

Maybe its because nothing that low life idot said was an original thought of his.

Rather he did what he did, to gain favor with his BLM/Muslim fiancé! He did it for PUSSY! No two ways about it!

The couch potato picture is exactly how the Clinton camp views Trump voters. :)

Packers fans are probably the best in all of pro sports.

They get paid millions of US dollars to play a game.

The league they play in is the National Football League.

The nation is the United States of America.

Love it or leave it

He is a member of two of the most highly privileged government-certified groups in this country, and yet he complains. He has power over any White Christian. Power to claim victim status at any moment, and to get money from the “White privilege” group.

He can claim moral superiority over anyone not in his victim groups. Normally that has White Christians bowing down, beating their breasts and begging forgiveness - but this comes from someone who makes more money in a month than most make in 10 years, and it comes after 8 years of constant harassment of Whites by Blacks, after years of the knockout “game” played on old Whites, after dozens of cops killed in the name of the BLM crowd without a word from the enabler-in-chief.

Maybe most people have had enough and are telling this guy to pound sand.

Sports is a “safe space” from politics and political correctness.
When political correctness intrudes on sports, it is always rejected.

Now he did criticize Clinton and imply she should have been indicted. And he did criticize Obama, saying he hasn’t done anything for black people. And Trump of course. The media did not report much on those comments.

But he did have a valid point about un-equal justice and the lack of the rule of law. Not reason enough in my mind to not stand for the anthem, but that’s his decision.

I wish they would publicize more of what he said. It wasn’t just about BLM

They should not get that anyway ... but it is my understanding it is up to local voters whether they want to tax themselves to pay for stadiums. They can vote to tax themselves if they want, although I would vote against it if I lived in any city considering such a thing.

Is there any Federal money going to the NFL? Or any other sports team? I wouldn’t agree with that.

I have friends who knew Kapernick back in high school. He was a privileged kid. He was never considered to be that bright by his friends...always bouncing around....but of course he was a good football player. He has no clue about how great life is in this country, how wonderful our police are, and what a tool he is for letting himself be used by the political left. I’m from the inner city myself (Oakland). Trust me. We don’t want less police. We want more police. A guy from Turlock CA wouldn’t know this though.

Shut up and play. After all, some of us are paying thousands dollars to watch a game and don’t want to hear some prima dona whine about whatever political issue is in the news.

I don’t. He’s gotten far too much publicity as it is.

I think that he should be shipped off to ANY third world country and spend a month, no, a week, no, a day, no AN HOUR there and see how soon he would be screamin', cryin', pleadin', lying on the floor, drumming his heels, BEGGING to get back to the nasty ole USA.

Major league WHINER, big baby, immature ahole, etc. Pick one.

What the flag and the National Anthem represent transcend whatever petty issues that have gotten Kaepernick’s underwear in a bunch.
