” A person can be ‘uninvited’ at any time, and such matters are rather common.”
They weren’t uninvited, they were just escorted out. That’s why the charges got dismissed. You can’t just throw a guest out and then claim they were trespassing, that doesn’t fly. They have to refuse to leave or there isn’t a case.
“Don’t taze me bro!”

Mr. Fessler is correct.
Stores and movie theaters are open to the general public too, but if you act in such a way as to disrupt the intended activity, you will be kicked out, if not arrested.
“if you act in such a way as to disrupt the intended activity”
Is not testimony from those in attendance part of the intended activity of a Christian church?
The pastor decides what the service shall be, under the guidance of the board of trustees.
Certainly, but unless the church also has people arrested if they yell out “hallelujah” or “praise Jesus”, then they can’t truly claim that audience participation is against their rules. If the rules aren’t enforced uniformly, then they aren’t rules at all.
