Does the Russian Orthodoxy have plans to have women priests? Will they follow the non-Catholic faiths with women at the altar? Just curious.

No and never. If that interests you I would advise you to look else where.

In the Orthodox Church, women are not ever allowed in the altar (convents are an exception), must have their head covered, and in more traditional churches, stand on the left side (facing the altar) also known as the Theotokos side. Men stand on the right side.

Please note I wrote stand. During Orthodox divine services, all the people stand during the service (exceptions are the old, infirm, and children).

I went to an Orthodox service a long time ago and STANDING the entire time is what I remember. I also remember that it SEEMED that most of what was important to the service was going on where I couldn't see.
