Father God,
Author and Ruler of all Creation,
We praise Your Name, Your mighty power, your lovingkindness and Your surpassing wisdom!
We offer ourselves as living sacrifices in the service of Your kingdom,
Humbly seeking Your guidance in how we may best pray for our nation, her Christians and her children.
Lead us, Lord, into battle for Your righteousness and Your order among peoples;
Establish the borders of nations according to Your Will and Your Word;
Move through the hearts of all Americans to create Your purposes for our elections, Lord, we pray.
Help each of us on this prayer thread, and all our friends and fellow patriots to do Your will, to be Your instruments in the fight that looms before us; for we fight “not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places,” and we fight not with man-made weapons but with the Whole Armour of God.
Help us in faith to accept the roles You would have us take, and to stand firm against evil.

Our (the U.S.) team has done all that you listed; that is true. But God has shown mercy on seemingly irredeemable people and nations before. There still are righteous who continue to pray for the survival of America and return to its Godly roots.
As long as Christians pray, God will not stay out of US politics.

I do not under any circumstances, support Donald Trump’s candidacie. Therefore, I will not be praying for him during this election cycle.
Your choice. Just remember what goes around comes around... And Our Heavenly Father is plenty able to hear US without your voice. He only required 10 believers to save Sodom.
