Read the verses from 1-6 to see the fuller context. You see the reference to getting the ‘beam out your own eye” so you can see clearly enough to get the speck out of your brother’s eye”... What it is saying is that if you want to help people live moral lives(yes sometimes ‘judging” them) you must be spotless enough that your example and advice will make a difference to them who are less then stellar!
