There is absolutely no Scripture that foretells the suspension of the law of gravity, which is what is required for flesh bodies to fly off this earth outside of proper equipment.
1Cor15:50 Brothers, this is what I mean: Mortal bodies cannot inherit the kingdom of God, and what decays cannot inherit what does not decay. 51 Let me tell you a secret.
