That was interesting. I am trying to figure out why despairing rest. No hope for rest? just wondering.
Man is appointed mortal sorrow
The blessed God shall come down
Teaching his death shall bring the despairing comfort
It is despairing to know you are fallen and separated from God. It is quite a comfort to know that Jesus died to pay for all your sins .
