I am about your age. I do not recognize my country anymore.
But I am doing my part. My wife and I taught my kids what our parents taught us. Manners, respect and humility. I live in a small Texas town and the residents are all of the same mindset.
We, as traditional Americans will have to establish outposts where civility and normalcy thrive to counter the self destructive insanity that has become the current American culture.

I hear you. I was raised in a strict American-Irish Catholic family. Went to catholic schools in the hey day of the nuns. I was taught all the values you mentioned. Yes we have to maintain outposts of civility as you say. But the tide is rising and the barbarians are at the gate.
