Presbyterian USA General Assembly Prays To Allah.
The Layman ^

Posted on 06/22/2016 6:29:09 PM PDT by Vinylly

I thought Christians were supposed to pray to God. When did they become Islamic? I'm quitting my local Presbyterian church for sure. This was announced in the latest Presbyterian Church USA, 'The Layman', their internet news letter.

They should leave out the middle-man and pray directly to Satan.

“Allah bless us and bless our families and bless our Lord. Lead us on the straight path – the path of all the prophets: Abraham, Ishmael, Isaac, Moses, Jesus and Muhammad,” and so went the prayer offered up by Wajidi Said, from the Portland Muslim Community, as part of the “first order of business” during the opening plenary session of the 222nd General Assembly of the Presbyterian Church (USA).

Quotation from The Layman, the online publication of the Presbyterian Church.

The comments (at the link) are a powerful repudiation of this blasphemy. Too bad there’s no one in the so-called leadership listening.

Let me just tell you. Their “allah” is not our GOD. Our God had His Son Jesus, without whom we are doomed to Hades. Presbyterians are overwhelmed with Satan . In my walk ,I dropped by to see them embrace faggots as NOT an abomination to God the FATHER.How can that be ? They are spiritually meaningless. They are dying out fast.

I walked out of my Presbyterian church in 1981 when the minister said anyone who served in Vietnam was going directly to hell...

I never went back....

in the latest Presbyterian Church USA, 'The Layman', their internet news letter.

That's not an official publication. It's the publication of the Presbyterian Lay Committee, a conservative group within the PCUSA.

This “church” is apostate. Period.

SNIP:“Allah bless us and bless our families and bless our Lord. Lead us on the straight path – the path of all the prophets: Abraham, Ishmael, Isaac, Moses, Jesus and Muhammad,” and so went the prayer offered up by Wajidi Said, from the Portland Muslim Community, as part of the “first order of business” during the opening plenary session of the 222nd General Assembly of the Presbyterian Church (USA).”

Allah bless...our Lord.

Phrased this way, I think, because Muslims don't believe Jesus is God. I suspect the PC USA is in the same boat.

My Presbyterian church seems to preach an awful lot about giving money to the church. The elders are wealthy, and one woman wears her horse riding regalia to church every sunday and tells people that she is going home immediately to ride one of her horses. She asked for prayers because her daughter's horse died "yesterday and we need your prayers that the new horse we are getting today is healthy". I mean WTF. Seriously. And my 2 year old in service.. everyday they tell me how much they love hearing her, but remind me that there is a daycare. We have the only child in the congregation. My wife and I would be in the daycare with her during the service. Just not my cup of tea, really. Oh and they asked for donations to buy Father a house next door. They bought the house and named it after him. It's the " house" Something is wrong there.

Nope, it doesn't. Liberals are in for a number of surprises, and that's one of them.

“Something is wrong there.”

Yep. I’d start looking for a new spiritual home.

Something is wrong there.

Something big. Maybe you should look for another church, one with real people in it.

The Presbyterians have been kissing commie ass since the late 60’s so why should this be a surprise? Only the next logical step in submission and treason.
