I make a good salary and my wife and I are trying to control our spending, but our grocery bills seem to be ridiculous for a family of five. Our electric and water bills are also very high. I think our cost of living due to inflation has skyrocketed!

My first thought too. The way I feel about this nation now, both economically and spiritually, reminds me of the first time my car ran out of gas. That moment of surprise when you realize something is wrong and try to guide the powerless but still moving vehicle to a safe stop.
